Rae perhaps you'd like to appear on the Meet an Author show which is on http://slcn.tv on the Meet an Author page. Other authors who read this can also contact me if you can get yourselves on to SL and would like to be interviewed and broadcast. We also set your books out in our virtual bookstores with links to sales or your website.

Thanks for the feedback - and yes it is me Barbara! The publishers have some wonderful plans about how they will be using Second Life and as part of it they are planning ways they can offer opportunities to writers. I'm so excited by these plans that I can hardly wait to tell the writers but I'll have to just say 'Watch this space' as they're taking their time to plan it all and get it right.

"2009 should be an exciting time for anyone in writing, education and the book business on SL"

So true, Adele! I'll have to keep an eye on your future articles regarding publishing in SL. It's really on the rise with all the new writers and publishers entering the world.

Wonderful article!
